Position: COUNTDOWN TEAM MEMBER

## Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Shall be responsible for sorting cash by denominations, recording all transactions and counting large sums of money on a daily basis.

Shall report to Countdown Manager and Supervisors, while performing work in accordance with the Company’s policy procedures and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Responsible for handling all monies from the slot machines and table games.
* Responsible for balancing out at the end of each shift
* Must record currency on money count forms out at the end of the each shift
* Sort money by the denomination and stack into batches
* Run and record payout tickets
* Be familiar with and adhere to all policies and procedures for personnel employed by the Ohkay Casino
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in handling large amounts of money
* Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
* Other related duties as assigned## Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIECNE:

High school graduate or equivalent knowledge of basic mathematics

SKILLS:

Ability to work independently and experience in handling large amounts of money.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs. +

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work in the midst of smoke, and in an in closed area.
