- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Pay Scaling: Your rate increases as you work more events and take on larger‑scale event responsibilities.
- Career Path: Training and advancement opportunities to move into an Event producer role.

Job Summary: As External Event Staff, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring our events run smoothly by tackling a variety of tasks and supporting on‑site operations. Key Responsibilities- Event Support: Assist with setup, execution, and teardown, including lantern distribution and site preparation.
- Staff Coordination: Help manage and direct local staff and volunteers.
- Guest Interaction: Provide professional assistance to attendees to enhance their experience.
- Logistics Assistance: Support the Event Producer with inventory and equipment handling.
- Growth Track: Engage in training sessions to learn event management skills for future advancement.
- See the Country: Travel to various states and cities across the US, experiencing new places on every assignment.
