Park Team Member

Overview

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time.

• Attend to customers promptly, greet them accordingly, and make them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter, handle cash or card payments, provide exact change when needed, and register transactions daily.
• Verify billing transactions and amounts displayed on the POS.
• Organize stocked beverages, snacks, chips, and ice cream in the refrigerator.
• Monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management to reorder from specified vendors as needed.
• Walk the floor to identify and address unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assist and participate in family events and help ensure events operate efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments created by guests and music.
• tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
