  • Track & Execute Calls:
    Complete and track a minimum of 60 calls per day using the CRM or designated call-tracking system
  • Lead Response:
    Respond to incoming leads quickly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Appointment Goals:
    Ensure at least 10 confirmed appointments daily are scheduled and logged
  • Confirmation & Follow-Up:
    Confirm all daily appointments and re-engage with customers to reduce no-shows
  • Car Gurus Outreach:
    Contact Car Gurus customers who want to sell their car and schedule appointments for them to bring their vehicle in
  • Signal List Outreach:
    Create new appointments by reaching out to customers in the signal list and those within 1 year of their contract ending
  • Call Review Oversight:
    Monitor call reviews for quality and compliance, providing feedback and follow-up where needed
  • Customer Re-Engagement:
    Reach out to prior customers and lost opportunities to generate additional appointments
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work with the sales team to increase appointment volume and support dealership goals
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Automotive sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage, track, and report on daily performance
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • High working ethics
  • Strong integrity
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving
  • Two days off per week
  • Paid Company observed Holidays

  • 48 hours of sick time off

FLSA:
Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $20.00 + bonus
