VIP Usher/Ticket Taker (Part-Time)

Live Nation Entertainment – Part‑time, seasonal position Hosi (April – September) in exclusive VIP areas. The role includes duties common to greeters, ticket takers and ushers, with a focus on high‑quality customer service and maintaining venue safety and cleanliness.

• Greet VIP guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions aspirin.
• Assist guests in locating seats and verify tickets for various seat levels.
• Provide information about lounges, music areas, supporting‑acts timing and headliners.
• Maintain Linha ambiance in lounge and seating sections, observe and enforce safety protocols.
• Use articulate vocabulary and social communication skills with audience.
• Present a professional appearance throughout the shift.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Guide guests to exits and усление emergency instructions if needed.
• Participate in recycling and sustainability efforts before, during and after shows.
• Support venue closure activities, including collection and storage of equipment and recyclables.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high‑end restaurant operations, seating procedures or related guest‑relations roles.
• Diplomatic communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Calmly diffusing potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal hours.
