Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, Golf Now, Golf Pass, and Sports Engine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content.
The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job DescriptionAs part of the Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) Brand Marketing group, the Catalog Brand Marketing team is responsible for monetizing Universal's vast library of films on digital and physical formats globally, while collaborating with other groups across NBCUniversal.
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for providing valuable support managing tasks and projects and helping the team achieve organizational goals. The Assistant Brand Manager is also responsible for managing certain product releases and campaigns.
