The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. The role maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members, and company assets.

• Assist in transporting money, chips, and other assets.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
• Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of the casino.
• Check for and report safety hazards.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by the Missouri Gaming Commission, Casino, and departmental management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to read, write, and understand complex instructions and communicate them to subordinates in a clear manner.
• Ability to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoke‑filled casino environment with above‑average noise levels.
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work 24‑hour hours a day, 7 days a week, varied work schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Knowledge of internal controls.
• Knowledge of applicable OSHA regulations.

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid MGC Level 2 Gaming license.
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
• Must complete all required company training.
