Nter Talent are supporting a high-growth business launching a business unit in the US with the hire of a Product Manager to support the growth of advanced power solutions within the evolving AI Data Center (AIDC) market.
As traditional Internet Data Centers (IDC) transition toward AI-driven infrastructure
, power demand is increasing significantly. This transformation is creating new opportunities for innovative power supply solutions, including HVDC power distribution
, which can deliver significant efficiency and cost benefits.
This role will focus on promoting and selling next-generation power technologies, supporting customers with technical expertise, and helping shape product strategy aligned with the needs of modern AI data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Market Research- Conduct in-depth research into AIDC industry trends, including market requirements, technology developments, regulatory policies, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse emerging data center power architectures and identify opportunities for new technology adoption.
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies in IDC power systems.
- Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Translate requirements into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) or technical specifications.
- Ensure product features align with user pain points, business objectives, and relevant industry standards for AIDC power solutions.
- Develop and manage 1–3 year product roadmaps for IDC power solutions based on industry trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Define key milestones and ensure product development aligns with strategic goals.
- Present product and technical solutions to customers and partners.
- Provide technical consultation and respond to customer technical enquiries.
- Guide customers on the integration and implementation of products within their systems.
- Coach and support technical teams to strengthen product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams on technical evaluations and product development plans.
- Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
. - Minimum 3 years of experience in IDC power product management or solutions
, with familiarity in UPS systems, HVDC power distribution, and battery backup technologies
. - Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into product direction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
. - Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders in complex technology environments.
