We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to make a real impact on product quality and business performance.
🔧 What You’ll Do- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, and regulatory standards
- Support and participate in internal, customer, and external audits
- Lead root cause & corrective action efforts (RCCA, 8D, CAPA)
- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve processes and reduce defects
- Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support supplier quality activities and performance metrics
Provide informal leadership or mentorship as needed
- 3–5 years of industry experience
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems
- Experience with RCCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T
- Training or certification as an Internal or Lead Auditor
- Prior experience in a lead or leadership capacity
