Director of Electrical Engineering
- HYBRID and Nationwide Locations
We’re hiring a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and grow our EE practice supporting large-scale utility and energy infrastructure projects.
This is a senior leadership role for a licensed PE with deep power systems expertise and a passion for building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and develop a team of Engineering Directors & Managers
- Serve as SME and Engineer of Record (as needed)
- Oversee complex electrical design, system studies, protection & relaying
- Support proposals, staffing strategy, and business development
- Drive technical standards, QC oversight, and process improvements
- Partner with executive and regional leadership to scale operations
- BS in Engineering
- PE license (multi-state preferred)
- 15+ years industry experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Strong utilities and/or Oil & Gas background
- Field and construction experience
