Our client is currently seeking a Lead or Senior Mechanical Systems Design & Analysi

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Energetics Systems in support of missile programs
• Work with Suppliers to ensure delivery of quality products on schedule
• Supports the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs/proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups
• Verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
• Contributes to supplier development, test and production activities and directs the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goals.
• Supports system components' designs/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation
• Trains others

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• Lead, Level 5:
  Typically 14 or more years' related work experience in an engineering role or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
• Senior, Level 6:
  Typically 20 or more years' related work experience in an engineering role or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working energetics
• Experience working with energetics suppliers
