• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and career development guidance.
• Work closely with product and design teams to define the team roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain an environment of trust, creativity, and ownership, encouraging risk-taking and innovative problem-solving.
• Drive the recruitment of diverse, high-performing engineering talent to continuously strengthen the team.
• Participate in technical design discussions, contribute code when necessary, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key customer problems and translate them into actionable product features.

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in fast-growing tech environments, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience leading and shipping complex, high-impact products with a track record of handling trade-offs and overcoming obstacles.
