• Manage the integration of manufacturing solutions for the value chains of the Saint-Laurent plant.
• Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers.
• Prepare and lead facility layout workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design floor plans in AutoCAD according to world class standards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the organization.
• Plan, execute and coordinate floor layout projects of the plant.
• Identify, manage risks and help solve project problems and obstacles.
• Document the successes and opportunities.
• Provide project feedbacks to the clients.
• Participate in the improvement of existing processes.

• You have an engineering degree or a related technical qualification.
• You have 2–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• You are organized, recognized for your leadership, and able to mobilize diverse work teams.
• You are an excellent communicator who interacts easily with others.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D) software.
• You adopt best practices in project management.
• You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments.
• You are bilingual and demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• You can work with minimal supervision.
• You demonstrate strong negotiation, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
• You show initiative, care about doing high‑quality work, and make customer satisfaction a priority.
