Delta is opening 40 roles, 180 openings across China, Europe, India, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United States in power electronics, automation, and infrastructure. As Delta’s primary manufacturing base in China, we operate four key sites—Dongguan, Wujiang, Chenzhou, and Chongqing — which produce a diverse range of products and solutions, including power , thermal, energy, ICT, EVS and more. Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the design and development of automation equipment.
- Responsible for the implementation of automation projects, as well as subsequent online maintenance and progress tracking.
- Experienced in Mechanical / Electrical / Software design.
- Identifying issues and providing solutions.
- Practical experience in the development of automated equipment.
- Experienced in mechatronic and industrial automation applications.
- Master's degree and above in Electronics Electrical, Telecom Communication, Computer Science & Information Management, Mechanical Automation, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, and Statistics or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open to frequent business travel and comfortable working in different locations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams and present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to rotate overseas in the future.
