Position Overview
The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced/Senior F-15 Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist in Hazelwood, Missouri. The position will support the F-15 Israel Sustainment Program within the International Government and Defense portfolio, specifically facilitating F-15IA fleet production sustainment. The role aligns with the BGS Engineering capability and collaborates closely with Program Management to lead logistics integration activities.
The ideal candidate possesses a high level of experience in Integrated Support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating well with a team. They must balance multiple projects and deadlines, be customer-facing, and manage relationships with external customers while coordinating with BDS counterparts and internal customers for a consistent one‑Boeing approach.
Position Responsibilities- Establish objectives and goals to ensure a common direction and the delivery of high-quality products and services on time.
- Support several meetings with Israeli Air Force (IAF) customers on a recurring basis, including potential telecons outside normal business hours.
- Develop and maintain strong DoD customer relationships with the United States Air Force.
- Ensure that sustainment team and CDRL deliverables meet first‑time quality standards and align to customer requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project charters, ensuring alignment to project and organizational goals and objectives.
- 5+ years of multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Product Support (e.g., Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, LSA, Retrofit, Engineering, Provisioning, or Supply Chain).
- 3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive‑level management.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional interaction with the Customer, Program Management, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and quality.
- Highly motivated self‑starter able to successfully complete fast‑paced projects.
- Experience with foreign customers in a cross‑cultural environment.
- F‑15 Aircraft Avionics & Training Systems experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in a military supply‑support environment, including demand and inventory management of company‑owned material, customer‑owned material and program/contract material.
- 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.).
- Earned Value Management Silver Medallion certification.
- Proposal, Contracts and Estimating experience (a plus).
- Supply Chain or Asset Management experience (a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant aircraft sustainment background.

3): $94,350 - $127,650
Summary pay range for Senior level (Level
4): $118,150 - $159,850
