DVOLT is a young, dynamic, and rapidly expanding engineering consultancy specialised in medium- and high-voltage systems. With deep expertise in high-voltage substations and cable connections, we respond flexibly and efficiently to the massive challenges of the energy transition. Our project portfolio is growing explosively — and we are now looking for a driven BIM specialist with real initiative to help shape our future.

We are seeking an experienced 3D BIM Modeller who excels in Revit, Tekla Structures, Primtech and/or Micro Station — but above all dares to take ownership. You will be the key person who:

• Builds, structures, and scales our new BIM department from the ground up
• Creates detailed 3D models of complex high-voltage substations (including projects for Tenne
  
  T and other grid operators)
• Optimises models, performs clash detection, and coordinates closely with engineers and project teams
• Develops standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistent, efficient modelling across the company
• Actively contributes ideas on digitalisation and BIM implementation throughout DVOLT

• Several years of proven experience as a 3D BIM Modeller, preferably on high-voltage substation or grid projects (Tenne
  
  T experience is a strong advantage)
• Excellent command of at least one of the following tools:
  Revit, Tekla Structures, Primtech or Micro Station (knowledge of multiple is a big plus)
• Genuine passion for high-voltage technology and the energy transition
• Proactive mindset with strong sense of responsibility and the courage to make decisions
• Structured and accurate working style, combined with real enjoyment in improving processes and building a team/department
