Support Engineering Data Specialist

Two options available, both 100% onsite:

Interprets and analyzes engineering data, reliability and maintainability data, supply chain data, and customer operations and support concepts to develop support solutions and products, including support analysis, provisioning solutions, spares solutions, and maintenance, inspection, and support technical data. Provides recommendations on product supportability, establishes operation maintenance tasks, and support resources. Develops support systems to meet supportability requirements. Identifies and analyzes logistics support candidates from product definition, developing logistics support analysis records and reports.

Determines spares provisioning requirements, including levels and stocking. Writes and maintains technical documentation for aircraft systems and components. Evaluates aircraft and fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability to establish maintenance concepts. Develops, analyzes, and maintains system support technical data to evaluate and recommend solutions. Provides supportability recommendations and develops operation maintenance tasks and resources for multiple equipment subsystems. Reviews and evaluates operational performance for specific aircraft types and systems.

Required:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others

Preferred:

• Structural engineering background

Education and Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination such as a master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
