• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and commercial objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products within the bicycle industry
• Translate market and customer insights into product requirements and specifications
• Contribute to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to support B2C growth
• Act as the main interface between commercial and technical teams
• Review and validate product designs using CAD tools
• Manage product data, configurations, and changes through PLM systems
• Support product development from concept, prototyping, and industrialization through to launch
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and customer communication
• Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations, cost targets, timelines, and quality

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (or a similar role) in a B2C environment
• Strong understanding of product development and industrial processes
• Practical knowledge of CAD tools and PLM systems
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive business results
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Experience in the bicycle industry
• Proactive, autonomous, and structured mindset
