We are looking for Experienced Manufacturing Engineers, with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness and composite fabrication.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
• Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
• Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and lead manufacturability and assembly decisions.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• 9 + years work‑related experience with a Bachelors degree OR 7+ years of work‑related experience with a Masters Degree OR work‑related experience with a PhD.

• B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Composite Fabrication experience.
• Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.
• Experience with 3D model based instruction.
• Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, NX, IPDM Teamcenter, MES, Gold, Prime
  
  R, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, Vis Mockup, Pro Model, Flex Sim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi‑Monitor Collaborative Rooms, Enterprise Standard Gated Process.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).
• Experience with CINCOM.
• Experience reviewing and approving other engineers’ work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
