We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team. This position is suitable for candidates at an early stage of their career who have a technical background and are interested in combining engineering knowledge with customer-facing responsibilities. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Learn and understand industrial automation and communication products
- Support customers with pre‑sales technical questions and application discussions
- Prepare quotations and assist with order processing
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and online meetings
- Work with senior engineers to resolve technical and application‑related issues
- Assist with basic technical documentation and product information
- Support sales and marketing activities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Interest in industrial automation, networking, or engineering applications
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability and willingness to learn technical products and applications
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Computer Engineering
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, Ethernet, or industrial communication protocols
- Internship, lab, or project experience related to engineering or technology
- On-the-job training and technical mentorship
- Exposure to real-world industrial automation applications
