Job DescriptionEngineering/Quality co‑ops will provide support to engineers. Coops will be involved in process/design/quality engineering and administration of projects; assist in obtaining and reviewing information and approvals for processing of drawings, product data and samples. This position assists in the communication of this information across all levels of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Enter data onto computer terminal.
- Draw chart and interpret the chart.
- Develop inspection plans for new parts.
- Provide back‑up support for department.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPOG & Dupont safety policies and procedures.

Education / Experience / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education- Junior or Senior in college courses - pursuing an Engineering degree.
- This position requires the college student to dedicate one full semester (6 months) to work full‑time to gain work experience.
- Willingness to learn and gain experience in the engineering field.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing some duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. 6 month college semester.
