Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

We are currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. Established in 1987 and based in the St. Louis area

. AutoCAD experience is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Missouri required (Dual licensure in Missouri and Illinois is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal requirements, and technical methodologies
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Conduct surveys using advanced equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser levels
• Determine and document precise measurements of land features, boundaries, and elevations
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings
• Research and interpret legal documents, deeds, and previous surveys to establish accurate property boundaries
• Resolve boundary disputes through thorough investigation and effective communication with stakeholders
