We are currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. Established in 1987 and based in the St. Louis area

. AutoCAD experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Missouri required (Dual licensure in Missouri and Illinois is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal requirements, and technical methodologies
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Conduct surveys using advanced equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Determine and document precise measurements of land features, boundaries, and elevations
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Research and interpret legal documents, deeds, and previous surveys to establish accurate property boundaries
- Resolve boundary disputes through thorough investigation and effective communication with stakeholders
