Jr Process Engineer - Bilingual Mandarin Chinese; Night Shift

• Responsible for optimizing the process parameters of the responsible process, improving efficiency, and standardizing control points.
• Develop and modify process control documents and training based on improvement plans.
• Reduce the cost optimization of responsible processes.
• Responsible for liaising with customers to develop feasible solutions for special requirements.
• Responsible for training department employees on theoretical knowledge related to solar modules.
• Customer complaint and feedback analysis and improvement.
• Other matters arranged by the leader.

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with oral proficiency in both languages.
• College degree or above, STEM related majors such as Semiconductor, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc. is preferred.
• Master relevant knowledge of on‑site process flow and analysis and handling of anomalies in each process.
• Good independent problem‑solving and data analysis skills.
• Hardworking and strong execution ability.
• Timely complete tasks assigned by superiors and provide feedback on results.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.

Salary: $70,000+
