Salary Range : $87,934 - $160,000
The EW Systems Engineer supports a team of engineers with hardware and software electronic warfare solutions, performing analysis and coordinating products with management.
Essential Job Functions- Support an engineering team consisting of systems engineers and design engineers specializing in software, FPGA, hardware, RF / Antenna and mechanical solutions.
- Conduct analysis of various system components to develop strategies for implementation and to develop requirements for EW systems.
- Develop and execute high‑fidelity models using object‑oriented MATLAB programming, including sensor phenomenology, signal processing, detection, tracking, and discrimination algorithms.
- Coordinate analysis activities and products with functional group leads, senior management, and other personnel responsible for executing analysis tasks.
- Document analysis results in reports and briefings.
- Travel up to 10%.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer‑related requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Math with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance for the duration of employment.
- Experience with electronic warfare including electronic attack and electronic protection.
- Experience developing and architecting models and simulations using MATLAB.
- Knowledge of radar sensing physics and signal processing techniques.
- Analysis experience in aspects of airborne EW systems.
- Experience with radar scheduling, signal processing, tracking, discrimination, and/or electronic warfare.
- Experience with MATLAB programming for conducting analysis and describing complex phenomenon.
- Experience with Digital RF Memory (DRFM).
- Masters' Degree.
