About You

You have a deep understanding of scheduling principles, including resource allocation, critical path management, and progress monitoring, with the ability to translate technical construction plans into clear, actionable schedules.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience, with at least 5 years directly supporting active construction projects.
  • Expertise in large-scale project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and associated schedule analysis tools.
  • Experience in Time Impact Analysis for claims review and integrating field data into as-built schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven record of accuracy, reliability, and completeness in schedule management. You thrive in fast-paced, technically demanding environments and are motivated by helping projects stay on track, on time, and on budget.
About the Role

As a Marine Scheduler, you will be based in Cameron, Louisiana, and will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of large-scale LNG construction projects. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules for new construction projects.
  • Preparing man‑hour, equipment, and cost‑loaded, time‑phased schedules.
  • Creating detailed plans, time-scaled charts, and diagrams for project monitoring.
  • Monitoring project progress against established baselines and providing impact analysis for schedule changes.
  • Identifying schedule variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommending mitigation strategies to the Project Management team.
  • Maintaining simplified logic schedules to highlight critical path and key interfaces.
  • Reviewing third‑party design and construction schedules for alignment.
  • Producing progress reports, briefings, and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Supporting project interface and integration with a strong appreciation for the timelines required for complex projects.

This role requires proactive collaboration with the Project Management team to ensure schedules are accurate, actionable, and aligned with project goals.
