MASTERSCHEDULER / PLANNER – EL SEGUNDO, CA RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule, aligning with project timelines and stakeholder requirements. Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to meet production and Engineering targets.
- Support the development of Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) within the organization
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline operations.
- Ensure all scheduling and planning activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, maintaining documentation and records as required.
- Provide communication to the Supply Chain team and Program Management team to ensure potential MPS issues are mitigated
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain software and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and scheduling software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional working experience within the Aerospace industry
- Familiarity with ARP
4754, DO-178C, DO-160, and other flight control compliance standards is highly desirable

- Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000

The posted salary range reflects the potential base pay for this role, adjusted to account for varying geographic markets. Final compensation will be based on factors such as your location, job-related skills, experience, and internal alignment, including equity and benefits.
