They are looking to bring on an experienced Director of Engineering Operations that will be the heartbeat of the organization's engineering and operational excellence. This is a high impact, high visibility position that will play a profound impact on the future success of this company!

The skills needed for the role include:
- 8 plus years' experience driving engineering and operational excellence across complex hardware programs or multi-faceted engineering teams.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in optical transceivers, optical modules, silicon photonics or high‑speed hardware.
- Previous experience successfully executing optical / photonic programs from concept through to volume manufacturing.
- Experienced with lab workflows, validation cycles and test planning, with ability to manage lab operational readiness effectively.
- Excellent communicator, with ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams.
- Previous experience scaling engineering and operational teams at high‑growth startup.
