Senior Project Manager / Lead Electrical Engineer (EOR)

Eramosa International, Inc. is a specialist firm providing professional consulting engineering services to the Energy, Industrial, and Water/Wastewater sectors. We help clients develop and implement technology solutions for process control applications through assessment, design, commissioning, and construction support.

This position is a full‑time, remote role with travel to client sites as needed. The successful candidate must be physically located in Southern California to meet client access requirements.

• Engineer of Record for California: stamping and sealing electrical, automation, and controls designs.
• Project Management.
• Lead LV/MV electrical, automation, and controls studies and designs.
• Provide direction to staff for design completion, including contract specifications, design drawings, process control narratives, I/O lists, and design briefs.
• Support proposal and business development activities.

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience designing low and medium voltage electrical, automation, and controls systems.
• Licensed electrical engineer in California with an active NCEES record.
• Strong skills in PLC panel design, network design, and instrumentation design preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical and construction codes.
• Experience in high voltage substation design considered an asset.
• Experience in municipal water/wastewater considered an asset.
