At Searchability Aerospace & Defense, we’ve partnered with a select group of venture-backed startups across California that are seeking experienced engineers for roles in areas such as:

• High-performance PCB design for UAVs, UUVs, satellites, and autonomous systems
• RF system development for radar, counter-UAS, and secure communications
• Power electronics and mixed-signal design for aerospace and defense platforms
• Embedded systems for robotics, maritime autonomy, and advanced propulsion
• Signal-processing and low-observable architectures
• Additional classified and emerging programs under active development

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in PCB design, RF systems, or embedded hardware — or exceptional project work through labs, internships, or competitions
• U.S. Citizenship (due to ITAR) and ability to obtain a security clearance
• Strong practical mindset and interest in building, testing, and delivering reliable hardware solutions
