The Amador Water Agency (AWA) is seeking an experienced and adaptable Engineering Supervisor to lead a small, highly collaborative engineering team and play a pivotal role in advancing the Agency's long-term infrastructure goals. Reporting to the Operations & Engineering Manager, this position will oversee three engineering staff and guide the planning, design, and construction of critical water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional engineer with strong expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, project management, and development review, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience: Five (5) years' experience in water / wastewater facilities.
Professional Engineer (PE) License: Possession and maintenance of a valid Certificate of Registration as a Profession Engineer in the State of California by date of hire.
- The incumbent must be made available should an emergency arise.
Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Supervision: Three (3) years supervisory experience is desirable.
Salary & BenefitsAn annual salary of $140,159 – $175,199 DOE/DOQ,
