Principal Project Engineer

Join us as a Principal Project Engineer at Millipore Sigma
, a global leader in healthcare, life science and electronics solutions. We are looking for a critical business partner to support life‑science investment projects and to drive technical excellence across our organization.

• Provide technical expertise for large, multi‑million dollar investment projects in the Life Science business unit.
• Develop project scope, coordinate across sites, and ensure seamless implementation of efficient, viable technical solutions that align with internal standards.
• Support smaller projects from ideation to completion and contribute to technology strategy.
• Collaborate with North American regions; position based in St. Louis, MO, USA.

• BS or MS in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with a focus on process engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in pharma or life‑science manufacturing (preferably Antibody‑Drug Conjugate).
• PMP certification required.
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of quality regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze systems, identify optimized solutions, and execute projects within scope, time, and cost.
• Experience managing or contributing to technical investment projects ranging from $0.5 M to $10 M.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to engage internal/external experts and stakeholders.

Pay Range: $100,200‑$150,300 (base salary). Base pay is determined by location, experience, education and skills. The role may be eligible for sales or performance‑based bonuses.
