Our Building Mechanical team delivers cost-effective HVAC design solutions for heavy industrial clients. You will work with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to design systems, conduct field investigations, interface with clients & vendors, and prepare construction design packages.

• Layout and design HVAC systems
• Develop design criteria and conceptual/preliminary design documents, including sizing, AFDs, P&IDs
• Prepare final design documents, specifications, duct/piping layout, and construction documents for chilled water, cooling water, etc.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure technical quality and schedule compliance

• Professional Engineering License
• At least ten years’ experience in HVAC design for industrial facilities
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards for HVAC systems
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Adaptable to fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
• Ability to lead building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with remote discipline members
• Software experience in Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, Trane Trace 3D (preferred)
• Experience designing plumbing/utility systems (preferred)
