We’re building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight. To do that, we need high-quality transcriptions of real Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot communications

• Understanding aviation phraseology
• Accurately capturing fast, noisy, real-world radio communications
• Extreme attention to detail

• Transcribe real-world ATC ↔ pilot audio recordings
• Carefully label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses
• Correctly capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and phraseology
• Work on task-based assignments at your own pace
• Meet quality and accuracy standards (this is critical)

You do not need to be a professional transcriptionist — but you do need to understand aviation comms.

• A pilot, student pilot, ATC, or aviation professional
• An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to ATC
• Someone who understands aviation radio communications and phraseology
• Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work

• Paid per task / per hour equivalent (based on speed and quality)
