Site Supervisor

For one of our Life Science clients, we have a current opportunity for a Site Supervisor (International Data Center Projects)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our international project team delivering large‑scale hyperscale data center projects worldwide. As the on‑site technical leader, you will oversee installation activities for low‑ and medium‑voltage power distribution, smart grid technologies, and energy automation systems.

🔧 What You Will Do

• Lead daily on‑site operations for multidisciplinary electrical installation projects.
• Ensure that all work is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams throughout all project phases.
• Represent the site in all project decision‑making processes with customers and internal management.
• Monitor technical progress, identify risks, and drive solutions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Maintain site administration, documentation, and reporting to agreed performance levels.
• Lead and motivate a team of qualified field technicians.

🎯 What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, or vocational training with solid hands‑on experience.
• Proven experience in installation or site supervision of electrical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working abroad for extended periods (3‑weeks‑on / 1‑week‑off rotation possible).
• Business‑fluent English (Dutch is a plus).
• A valid driver's license and EU passport.
• Hands‑on attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and strong ownership of your site.
