  • Administers school operational policies and procedures
  • Regularly attend and supervise at evening school functions
  • Interprets and enforces district policies and administrative regulations
  • Collects, maintains, and reports data regarding students as required
  • Design, coordinate, and implement trauma informed practices at Pattonville High School
  • Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring for high school educators
  • Serve as the lead liaison withthe transition of students from middle school to high school
  • Work with students and families to develop individual student academic growth plans
  • Evaluate and support assigned staff members
  • Commits to work hours necessary to meet established goals for school improvement
