Overview
Brookfield Community School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and dynamic Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a key leadership position for an individual with the expertise, drive and moral purpose to lead behaviour, culture, rewards, student leadership and the wider pastoral culture across the school. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership ability and will strengthen behaviour systems to cultivate a calm, aspirational and supportive environment in which all students can thrive.

Brookfield Community School is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
