We are seeking a high-energy, student-centered Secondary Mathematics Teacher for the  school year. This position involves teaching a range of mathematics courses to students in grades 7-12. Whether you are a veteran educator or a new graduate, if you have a passion for making math “click” for rural students, we want to meet you.

• Instruction:
  Deliver engaging math instruction (likely ranging from Middle School Math through Algebra and Geometry) aligned with Missouri Learning Standards.
• Student Growth:
  Use data-driven instruction to help students achieve success on Missouri MAP and EOC assessments.
• Classroom Culture:
  Maintain a positive, “Rebel Pride” classroom environment that encourages student inquiry and persistence.
• Technology:
  Effectively use 1:1 student devices and digital tools to enhance learning.

• Certification:
  Must hold a valid Missouri Teaching Certificate for Mathematics (Grades 5-9, 9-12, or both).
• Education:
  
  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Mathematics.
• Clearance:
  Successful completion of a background check.
• Character: A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of a small K-12 campus.

• Salary:
  Starting base of $40,000, with additional credit given for years of experience and advanced degrees.
