Overview

We are hiring a Full-Time Robotics Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs that spark curiosity and innovation. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, passionate about teaching, and enjoys working with young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach robotics and coding classes to students (ages 3–16) using platforms like block based Robotics, Scratch, Python, or similar tools.
  • Deliver engaging lessons in coding fundamentals, robotics design, and problem-solving.
  • Customize and develop lesson plans, projects, and teaching materials.
  • Set up and maintain robotics kits, laptops, and classroom equipment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Conduct workshops, holiday camps, and competition training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve program delivery and innovation.
  • Support student participation in competitions such as WRO, FLL, or hackathons.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching or working with children is preferred.
  • Proficient in at least one coding language (e.g., Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiar with LEGO Mind storms/Spike Prime, Arduino, Micro:bit, or similar.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about teaching young learners.
  • Willing to work during weekends, school holidays, and special events.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
  • Experience coaching students in robotics or coding competitions.
  • Familiarity with 3D printing, AI for kids, or game development tools (e.g., Roblox Studio).
