The Elsberry R-II School District is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and student-centered leader to serve as the Principal of Elsberry High School.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building a positive school culture, strengthening instructional practices, and fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and the community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence, collaborative leadership, and continuous school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strong instructional leadership focused on student achievement and growth.

* Foster a positive, student-centered school climate and culture.

* Support and develop teachers through meaningful feedback and evaluation.

* Lead continuous school improvement efforts aligned to district goals.

* Use data to inform decisions and drive instructional practices.

* Maintain high visibility and build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

* Ensure safe, organized, and efficient school operations.

* Collaborate with district leadership to advance the mission and vision of the Elsberry R-II School District.

Qualifications:

* Valid Missouri Principal Certification.

* Successful experience in educational leadership and/or classroom instruction.

* Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and effective instructional strategies.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
