A childcare organization in California seeks a Substitute Teacher to take on the full role of the teacher in their absence. Responsibilities include implementing lesson plans, maintaining classroom order, and supporting overall classroom activities. The ideal candidate should have at least a High School Diploma and experience working with infants and toddlers. Preferred qualifications include a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.
