Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Pay Rate: $21 – $23 per hour (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare activities and curriculum that align with program objectives and lead structured fitness, activities, and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Lead by Example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, model positive guidance, and practice effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communicate Effectively:
  Engage children, parents, staff, and school personnel with clear communication.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed

• Meet state‑specific requirements
• Cleared tuberculosis test and health screening
• Authorized to work in the US
• 18 + years of age
• Proof of high school diploma/GED required
• Live Scan fingerprint background check cleared
