Location: California
A Connecticut elementary school is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide general school nursing services for the remainder of the school year. This is a full‑time, onsite role supporting the overall health needs of the student population.
Assignment Overview- Location: Connecticut
- Schedule: 35 hours per week, full time
- Start: ASAP
- End: End of School Year
- Deliver day‑to‑day nursing care for elementary students (non‑1:1 assignment)
- Assess and respond to student illness, injury, and medical needs during the school day
- Administer medications and maintain accurate student health records
- Collaborate with school staff and families regarding student health concerns
- Support compliance with state and district health regulations
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced school environment
