Senior Learning Manager, Alpha

Your role is to ensure our "3 Promises" reach every student under your guidance and to develop our Guides so they can deliver the same outcomes.

You will combine world-class coaching expertise with dynamic facilitation presence, transforming training sessions, performance-focused team huddles, and precision feedback into powerful development experiences. • Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD;
  Boston, MA;
  Chicago, IL;
  Fort Lauderdale, FL;
  Seattle, WA; or CA:
  East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with demonstrated success in building, guiding, and energizing high-performing teams.
• Background working with children and adolescents (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
