Job DescriptionSeneca Elementary School is seeking an Elementary School Counselor for the school year. The applicant must have a valid and appropriate Missouri certification. The counselor will serve students in grades K-3 (approximately 400 students). This person will be responsible for guidance lessons, working closely with teachers to address individual student needs, working with staff to uphold the philosophies of B.I.S.T, leading the crisis prevention team, and serving as a member of a PLC team.
Applicants should be willing to work in a collaborative atmosphere to increase student achievement.
