• Develop bespoke personal action plans which raise student s ambition, encouraging and monitoring their progress.
• Support students in finding opportunities matching their ambitions, mentoring them at every stage to maximise their opportunity of success.
• Engage with local and national employers to stimulate interest in students and successfully match students to apprenticeship roles.
• This is a Fixed Term Contract up until 31st August 2026, working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus.
