The Ferguson-Florissant School District is a community of families and neighborhoods located in suburban St. Louis, MO. Fully-accredited by the state of Missouri, the district provides an excellent comprehensive educational program for nearly 10,000 students from preschool through 12th grade. The district is comprised of seven primary schools (PreK-2), six elementary schools (3-5), two sixth grade centers, two middle schools (7-8), two high schools and one alternative school as well as a nationally-recognized early education program, the PROBE gifted education program, the award-winning Challenger Learning Center, Little Creek Nature Area, a STEAM middle school and a STEAM high school.

ResponsibilitiesThe Manager of Benefits and Employee Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all employee and retiree benefit programs, district insurance plans, and employee service functions. Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations, manages financial accuracy of benefit transactions, leads open enrollment, and oversees district-wide risk and insurance processes. Collaborates closely with HR and Finance to deliver a seamless employee experience and supervises the Fringe Benefits Specialist.

REPORTS TO: Chief of Human Resources Officer
Employment Terms- 260-daycalendar
- Exempt
- Salary and benefits as approved by the Board of Education
- Annual evaluation by the Chief of Human Resources Officer
- Minimum of five (3) years of in benefit management required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience in educational setting preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, any Human Resources related certification, and/or HR advanced degree preferred
