The Ferguson-Florissant School District is a community of families and neighborhoods located in suburban St. Louis, MO. Fully-accredited by the state of Missouri, the district provides an excellent comprehensive educational program for nearly 10,000 students from preschool through 12th grade. The district is comprised of seven primary schools (PreK-2), six elementary schools (3-5), two sixth grade centers, two middle schools (7-8), two high schools and one alternative school as well as a nationally-recognized early education program, the PROBE gifted education program, the award-winning Challenger Learning Center, Little Creek Nature Area, a STEAM middle school and a STEAM high school.

The Coordinator of Support Services provides district wide coordination, technical guidance, and implementation support for student services programs, including counseling services, wellness and mental health supports, attendance initiatives, nursing services, crisis response systems, and Section 504 compliance. Working under the direction of the Executive Director of Support Services, this position ensures that schools receive consistent, equitable, and effective support in implementing student support processes, interventions, and compliance requirements.
The Coordinator serves as a district resource for principals, counselors, nurses, social workers, and support teams, and plays a central role in training, documentation, program monitoring, and district wide coordination.

REPORTS TOExecutive Director of Support Services
EMPLOYMENT TERMS- 260-day contract
- Exempt
- Salary and benefits as approved by the Board of Education
- Annual evaluation by the Executive Director of Support Services
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, School Psychology, Social Work, Education Administration, or related field required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in counseling, school psychology, nursing coordination, social work, or student services required
- Experience supporting diverse student populations and working across multiple schools preferred
- Experience implementing or advising on Section 504 plans preferred
- Missouri certification aligned to area of expertise (Counseling, School Psychology, SSD-related fields, or Administration) preferred
