$200,000 annual salary with weekly pay cadence. Health benefits begin on day one, plus HSA/FSA options and 401(k) Roth.

Our students engage with adaptive learning platforms rather than traditional lectures, progressing at double the typical pace while acquiring essential life skills. Your role is to ensure every student in your assigned cohort experiences our "3 Promises" and to develop our Guides so they deliver the same impact.

You will combine expert coaching ability with dynamic facilitation presence, delivering workshops, data-informed team sessions, and precise feedback that create powerful learning experiences. • Developing and training Guides to facilitate Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard
• Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and solutions to common obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives higher student engagement and outcomes
• Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating exemplary mentoring and motivational techniques

• Developing curriculum – Guides support students working through adaptive learning apps; you train them to excel as motivators
• Compromising on excellence – when the standard is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
• Running dull training sessions – your Guide development will be dynamic, energizing, and experiential

Develop Guides and mentor students to ensure every learner in your cohort achieves three outcomes: enthusiasm for school, learning at 2× speed, and mastery of life skills. Accept no shortcuts.

• Currently located in, or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of Alpha's campuses (Bethesda, MD;
  Boston, MA;
  Chicago, IL;
  Fort Lauderdale, FL;
  Seattle, WA; or CA:
  East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area.
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Alpha is creating a new paradigm where students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands‑on, passion-driven learning that truly prepares them for the real world.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
