We invite applications for a tenure‑track position, Assistant Professor of Jazz Studies, with appointment to begin in Fall 2026. We seek artist‑performers and teachers with demonstrated ability to attract students who value learning in an engaged, personalized, collaborative, and inspiring School culture.
Qualifications- A doctorate in jazz performance is required.
- Jazz bass as the principal performance area preferred, although other specialties will be considered when coupled with a strong background in jazz teaching, evidence of strong interpersonal and professional skills that foster relationship‑building, creative problem‑solving, and innovative opportunities.
