** We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical controls, and thermodynamics. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, conducting hands-on training, and assessing student performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* · Develops and delivers curriculum and lesson plans for HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical controls, and thermodynamics principles.
· Conducts hands-on training sessions and practical demonstrations using industry-standard equipment and tools.
· Prepares and maintains training materials, equipment, and tools.
· Assesses and evaluates student performance through exams, assignments, and practical tasks.
· Stays current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations.
· Collaborate with other internal groups to ensure that all subject matter is accurate.
· Provides guidance and mentorship to students on their career development.
· Maintains accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
· Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and enhance student success.
· Ensures all training activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Associate’s degree in HVAC, or equivalent, from a technical school, EPA 608 and A2L license/certification, or a minimum of [5] years of hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical controls, and thermodynamics.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* · Proven experience in teaching or training in a technical field.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, electrical controls, and thermodynamics.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them understandable to students.

** Work Environment:*
